EXCEPTIONS TO 4KNINES RETURN POLICY:
- Items damaged by dogs (or humans) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a warranty replacement.
- Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Print-on-demand items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you receive a defective print-on-demand item, we will send a free replacement for the exact item within 30 days of purchase. Please submit a warranty claim or send your order number and a photo of the defective area to support@4knines.com.

K9-SHIELD is a special waterproof non slip layer we use on several of our products. This is a 3 layer non-quilted laminate with a waterproof layer adhered to a piece of polyester with a non-slip layer on the opposite side.
K9-SHIELD allows our product to be completely waterproof while the non-slip layer keeps the product from moving around when in use.

Our colorfast fabric and non-slip backing have a working temperature up to 140°F.
As a precaution, consider removing the cover if it gets wet or on extremely hot days as temperatures can exceed 140°F in an enclosed car.

Absolutely. Our covers are made without AZO dyes or heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, and mercury, ensuring safety and quality.
How do the covers stay in place?

There are seat anchors (sturdy plastic tubes) on the back of the cover to help keep the seat cover in place. Simply slide the anchor into the crease between seat back and the seat bottom. See our installation videos for more information.
