4KNINES RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your 4Knines purchase! With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a generous 60-day return window, 4Knines offers you peace of mind. If you do need to return an item, we do our best to make the process as painless as possible.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Visit the 4Knines Return Portal to begin your self-serve return. The system will guide you through each step of the process, but if you have any trouble, please email us at support@4knines.com or call 888-602-2509. We are here to help!

If you purchased “free returns & exchanges protection” when placing your original order, the system will generate a prepaid return shipping label and send it to your email address. You will also receive a QR code if you prefer a digital return.

If you DID NOT purchase “free returns & exchanges protection” when placing your original order, the system will still generate and send a shipping label and a QR code, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (at a discounted rate).
  1. Enter your order number and email address
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return/exchange and choose the reason for your return
  3. Select from available return options (refund, exchange, store credit). If you choose an exchange, you will be prompted to select size/color/style variants before continuing to the next step. Your selection may result in a price difference.
  4. Proceed through remaining steps and submit request.
  5. Check your email for the return label, securely package your return, and drop it off with the designated shipping partner.
  6. Refunds/exchanges will be processed when the return is received and verified.
EXCEPTIONS TO 4KNINES RETURN POLICY:
  • Items damaged by dogs (or humans) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a warranty replacement.
  • Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Print-on-demand items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you receive a defective print-on-demand item, we will send a free replacement for the exact item within 30 days of purchase. Please submit a warranty claim or send your order number and a photo of the defective area to support@4knines.com.
